Southern Cross University’s Faculty of Health is seeking passionate academics at Lecturer and Senior Lecturer level in Healthcare Leadership. Candidates may come from a broad range of healthcare disciplines including (but not limited to) Nursing, Midwifery, Speech Pathology, Mental Health, Allied Health, and other healthcare professions. Your Healthcare leadership experience, innovative thinking and collaborative approach will contribute to the strengthening and elevation of the Faculty’s programs and units.

What you will bring

To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- A PhD in a relevant field and registration or eligible to obtain registration with AHPRA or relevant self-regulated authority (e.g. SPA, AASW)
- Demonstrated teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, with proven success in blended and online learning environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
For the Senior Lecturer (Level C) role, you will also bring:
- Proven leadership in teaching, curriculum design and/or professional practice
- Evidence of recognition in your discipline, demonstrated through publications, collaborations, or professional engagement

The base salary for Academic Level B ranges from $114,482 - $35,392 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $1 8,409.
The base salary for Academic Level C ranges from 139,568 - 160,473 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $1 7,753.

The trial will involve the implementation of specific interventions, develop tools for primary data (interviews), and collect secondary programmatic data to estimate the impact of the interventions. Qualitative research will be conducted integrating all data sources to understand and explain the behavioral mechanisms driving impact and how to optimize interventions for patients and the health system. In addition, the study will also incorporate a Costing exercise and a Time-and-Motion study to estimate the cost and resource requirements of implementing different adherence technologies.

- Should have excellent communication, presentation and detailed oriented skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Qualification / Experience
- MBBS/B Pharma /M-Pharma/Physiotherapy/BAMS/BHMS/Paramedics or similar prior experience as per above roles and responsibilities
- High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate and can do attitude.
- Firm believer of fostering relationship at all level to achieve business objectives.
- Good Communication & Negotiation skills
- Good Excel Knowledge
- Proficiency in speaking Telugu language is a must as he would be managing AP & Telangana location where Telugu is a must.
