**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
- Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
- Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
**Eligibility**:
- Any Diploma/UG/PG/ + Good communication skills
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
