The ideal candidate will not only have exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, including shared services functions (e.g. billing, collections, cash application) but also have exceptional customer obsessed skills to resolve complex dispute management and provide excellent customer service. They will be able to learn quickly and be willing to experiment with new ideas.
Key job responsibilities
- Reviewing and investigating claims processing, verifying the proper payment of claims, and bringing insurance claims to full resolution through a combination of external third-party relationships and cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining service level agreements regarding assigned accounts receivable tasks while ensuring timely resolution of all claims while prioritizing responsibilities, problem solving, and thinking critically as you perform your regular duties and accommodate other time sensitive tasks as they arise.
- Conducts regular review and follow up of accounts receivables, ensuring the timely resolution and payment of accounts. Utilizing multiple reports and worklists, ensuring that all claims are adjudicated correctly per the member's benefits, investigating claims that do not process as expected or for which we do not receive a determination, all while adhering to all applicable guidelines.
- Design, develop, and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce internal processing errors.
- Develop resource material that is accessible and shared by the team and assist in the development of training materials for denial management. Assist in the training of new hires in AR
- Finding and resolving market trends with specific payors, escalating where appropriate while utilizing root cause analysis to develop appropriate action plans.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)

Your Opportunity
You will work with direct supervision and general direction on tasks and smaller projects as a team member of a larger engineering team under the guidance of a Senior Engineer/Designer. You will perform a variety of tasks which may include AutoCAD and/or Revit design, calculations, potentially with a focus on the specific requirements of the healthcare sector. Your Capabilities and Credentials
Required
- Buildings electrical design knowledge, including but not limited to electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems, device layouts, circuiting, panel schedules and load calcs, riser diagrams, and schedules, with specific consideration for healthcare facility requirements such as essential electrical systems, patient safety grounding, and isolated power systems.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings, including those specific to healthcare environments, adhering to relevant codes and standards for medical locations.
- Ability to integrate design elements with architectural, civil, structural, ICT, mechanical and other disciplines to deliver a coordinated design.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.

Job Description:
Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to:
- Conducting Financial Statements audit in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS
- Handling a team of accounting and auditing experts
- Able to do Accounting and auditing research independently
- Build working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S. colleagues
- Presentation and disclosure impact analysis
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in US GAAP and GAAS.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields
- Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Industry exposure: Assisted Living/Nursing Home/Healthcare
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Able to meet deadlines and work based on urgency of projects
- Ready to learn new software
- Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player
- Available to work long hours during busy season times.
