Product Development & Compliance: Provide clinical and scientific input into AI-driven tools to ensure accuracy, safety, and alignment with regulatory standards. Validate integration of treatment guidelines (APA, VA/Do D, NICE, ASAM, etc.) into the AI Healthcare platform. Research & Content Development Conduct literature reviews, interpret clinical trial data, and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams—including engineering, AI, and product design—to integrate evidence-based guidelines, research, and other into the healthcare platform. Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role:

An exciting part-time opportunity exists for an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to join our team at Northern Health. This role requires an AHA who is passionate about providing high quality person-centred care. Working with both Occupational and Physiotherapists within the Community Therapy Services (CTS) at Broadmeadows Hospital, you will deliver individual and group-based therapy through the application of competent clinical treatment skills.

This is a part time role, working 27.8 hours per fortnight.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Certificate IV AHA Qualifications (or equivalent)
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police and Working with Children History Check
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team
• Commitment to lifelong learning
• Demonstrated initiative with strong effective communication skills
