Role Overview
As our first Business Development Officer, you will own both retail customer growth and corporate/clinical partnerships. Reporting to the Founder, you will devise and execute strategies that drive new client acquisitions, establish tie-ups with corporates, hospitals, clinics, and practitioners, and collaborate with telecalling and marketing teams to convert leads into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Growth & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement a blended B2C and B2B growth plan to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Source new individual customers through digital channels, events, and referral programs.
- Prospect corporate clients—HR wellness programs, insurance providers, gyms and senior-care facilities—and qualify opportunities.
2) Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and close tie-ups with hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and independent healthcare practitioners.
- Draft and finalize MOUs, service-level agreements, and volume-pricing packages for bulk or subscription-based services.
- Nurture ongoing relationships, coordinate joint marketing efforts, and ensure service delivery meets partner expectations.
3) Sales Execution & Team Coordination
- Work closely with the telecalling executive to follow up on warm leads, confirm appointments, and drive bookings.

- Conduct on-site and virtual presentations, product demos, and wellness workshop pitches for both retail and corporate audiences.
4) Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for high-value clients and partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and post-service follow-up.
- Organize weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews and feedback sessions to gather insights and strengthen retention.
- Implement referral and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth growth.
5) Market Analysis & Reporting
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in preventive health and longevity medicine.
- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline with accurate lead statuses, sales forecasts, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports—covering lead generation, conversion rates, partnership health, and revenue outcomes—to senior leadership.
6) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate internally with operations, nursing, diagnostics, and logistics teams to ensure capacity planning and smooth service execution.
- Liaise with finance and the external CA firm to ensure timely invoicing, billing accuracy, and cash collection.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships—ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or corporate wellness.
