About the role:
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced individuals to manage and drive revenue cycle management operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible to deal with claims, writing appeals, AR management, and will be managing entire revenue cycle management process.
Desired Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in the revenue cycle management.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Experience with spreadsheets.
· Experience with ABA (Autism Care) billing.
· Accounts receivable analysis experience.

· Good understanding of HIPAA compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Maintain billing software by updating rate change, cash spreadsheets, and current collection reports.
· AR Management and organization.
· Audit data to ensure claims are clean.
· Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies.
· Ensure the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date.
· Prepare bills and invoices, and document amounts due for medical procedures and services.
· Post payments
· Conduct regular conference calls with RCM manager to review AR and troubleshoot any billing issues.
· Follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies.
· Examine patient bills for accuracy and request any missing information.
· Investigate and appeal denied claims.
· Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Summary
The FHIR Analyst will be a subject matter expert in implementing and maintaining interoperability solutions in compliance with the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule (CMS-0057-F). This role requires an in-depth understanding of FHIR standards, data mapping, and API development within the payer and provider domains. The analyst will work closely with business, compliance, and IT teams to ensure the organization meets all regulatory deadlines and improves data exchange for prior authorizations, patient access, and payer-to-payer data transfer.
Key responsibilities
- Regulatory analysis and interpretation: Analyze and interpret the CMS-0057-F rule and related FHIR Implementation Guides (IGs), such as CARIN BB, US Core, Da Vinci PDEX, and Da Vinci CRD, DTR, and PAS, to translate complex regulatory requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Requirements gathering: Collaborate with product managers, product owners, operational, and technical stakeholders to define the business and data requirements for implementing new FHIR-based APIs and updating existing ones.
- Data mapping and modeling: Perform in-depth data analysis and mapping exercises, linking proprietary source system data to the appropriate FHIR resources and profiles, as well as integration with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), such as Epic and Cerner, using FHIR APIs.
- FHIR API implementation support: Assist development teams in the design, development, and testing of the following FHIR-based APIs mandated by CMS-0057-F:
- Prior Authorization API: Enable the electronic exchange of prior authorization requests and responses between payers and providers.

The Central Monitor II will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through centralized monitoring activities, statistical data review, and proactive risk management. This position involves leading the development of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) plans, conducting study risk assessments, identifying study KRIs (in collaboration with Functional leads), performing ongoing centralized statistical monitoring, remote centralized data review, and facilitating monthly RBQM meetings. works independently and manages report review and issue escalation for more complex studies and/or portfolios of work. Further, the Central Monitor II may mentor junior colleagues, and may support the development of processes, procedures and other documentation to ensure a high functioning team
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Study Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for clinical studies, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies, in consultation with functional team leads and PM
- Centralized Statistical Monitoring: Perform centralized statistical monitoring & data analysis on study data to detect anomalies, trends, and potential risks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- RBQM Meetings: support monthly RBQM meetings by supporting review of study data, documenting findings, action plans and coordination of data cleaning activities to support study deliverables
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring and timely interventions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, and other departments to support proactive oversight and management and data cleaning for studies
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on monitoring activities, findings, and recommendations for sponsors and study teams.
- Operational Insights: Oversee operational study metrics, including data entry trends, SDV backlog, site health trending and proactively communicate issues to study team members to drive towards resolution & proactive remediation
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (life sciences, statistics, data management, clinical operations) or relevant/equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in clinical monitoring, clinical trial management or equivalent
- Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with project team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, including strong grammar and scientific vocabulary skills
- Ability to work in a team or independently as required
- Strong understanding of RBQM principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to learn how to extract pertinent information from protocols, electronic study data systems, clinical systems, dashboards, and to leverage these data to assess risk
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data monitoring tools.
