Position Overview:
We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US Healthcare professionals, focusing on Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Technicians for US-based clients and work night shifts (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with US health Care Professionals to assess their fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with US clients to understand staffing needs.
- Stay updated on US healthcare rules and staffing trends.
- Manage interviews and track candidates through the process.
- Create sourcing and candidate activity reports for hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Meet recruitment targets and provide regular updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
- 1+ years of experience with US healthcare recruiting
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Boolean search.
- Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms, , and Facebook.
- Good negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure
- Experience in license and certification verification.
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and stipends
