Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences .

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices .

RequirementsRequired Skill Sets

Proven experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales .

Strong knowledge of hospital, clinic, and institutional sales .

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .

Ability to drive sales planning, forecasting, and team management .

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data-driven sales analysis .

Result-oriented with a strategic and customer-focused approach .

Qualification: MBA / Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management .

10–18 years of experience in healthcare sales leadership roles preferred.

Business Analyst (US healthcare) Location: Chennai Experience: 8 years and above JD: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with US healthcare experience to join our Customer Service Product Engineering team. The Business Analyst acts as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions focused on improving customer service within the US healthcare landscape.The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of business operations and IT systems. Responsibilities: *Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and define project objectives and scope.*Translate business needs into clear and well-structured requirements documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements specifications (FRS), user stories, and use cases. Analyze and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement.*Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.*Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.*Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress.*Prioritize requirements and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.*Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and providing recommendations and solutions to resolve them.Qualifications: Required: Bachelor degree.Proven experience (typically 3 to 7 years of experience) in Business Analysis, preferably within the US healthcare industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience in customer service or benefits administration of US Healthcare Customer Service,AGM Pega Frame work Experience.Experience working with Pega applications.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
