The Team
Stability Metrics and Toolkit Engineering is an infrastructure operations and development team that helps to fill many of the grey areas between our stakeholders. Our team is responsible for developing tools to facilitate visibility into our availability and related metrics.

Job Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement operational monitoring instruments and enhancements including early failure detection using machine learning metrics
- Perform routine operations to migrate data in order to distribute usage of our resources more evenly across clients and infrastructure
- Develop tools and web applications to support business new and existing business functions
- Analyze application logs and metrics to determine service availability and uptime while developing automation
- Interface with stakeholders to keep them informed of availability trends associated with business critical functions
- Maintain existing synthetic monitoring to ensure parity as new features are developed
Typical Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Minimum of 3-5Yrs experience
- In-depth experience in at least one programming language commonly used for analysis, data engineering, or infrastructure automation tasks (Python, JavaScript, Perl, R, Java/Scala, C/C++, etc.)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure platform team. This role is located in Chennai.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee the cloud resiliency backlog, taking ownership of the team’s Jira board and ensuring work is prioritised and delivered effectively.
- Manage first-line support requests from development teams, helping to triage and resolve platform-related issues.
- Coordinate closely with UK-based engineers to align on standards, tooling, and operational goals.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure that platform services are maintainable and support long-term operational health.
- Monitor system performance and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
- Mentor and grow a team of cloud engineers in India.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure leadership roles.
- 7-9 years of total work experience required
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) is a seasoned engineering role, responsible for providing technical support to clients. This includes remotely supporting clients within service level agreements (SLAs); to install and configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and adhere to any related processes such as change management.
