Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client business challenges and demonstrate how our client's solutions can address them.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to develop customized proposals and SOWs.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
- Achieve consistent overachievement of assigned sales objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology sector (SaaS, IT services, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- A deep understanding of the Indian enterprise market is highly desirable.
