We’re looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments—across Australia and globally.

What You’ll Do
- Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Build and optimise automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
- Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
- Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
- Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations) , Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query ).
- Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO .
- Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting .
- Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations .
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics ).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.

We are currently seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join one of our accounts for clinical trial screening interviews as a freelance professional. Here are some key details about the opportunity:
· Freelance collaboration: Healthcare Professional for clinical trial screening interviews
· Location: India
· Languages: Fluent in Kannada (India)
· Time commitment: minimum 2-3 hours per day screening patients (Monday through Friday).
· Training: Complete paid Comprehensive Training Session with the client to ensure you are well-prepared for the tasks.
· Project Duration: I t will vary depending on the specific study requirements. Typically, these projects can range from a few weeks to several months.
Additional Information:
· Workload: Varying. Please let us know how many hours you can cover per week.
· Call Duration: Each screening interview takes typically less than 15 minutes.
· Training: The client will offer comprehensive information on specific studies during the training sessions.
Your role in this project involves contacting candidates within 48 hours of them volunteering on the client’s platform. You will conduct interviews based on a provided script, and you will receive paid training.
Depending on the candidate’s responses, they will either be disqualified or forwarded to a research site to be added to the trial.
Each combination of call and reporting is estimated to take approximately 15 minutes. You are required to attempt contact with each candidate up to 5 times. If a candidate cannot be reached after these attempts, they will be considered disqualified.
Payment for this project is based on completed interviews, which include:
- Candidates who meet the criteria and are sent to the site to participate in the trial.
- Candidates who do not meet the criteria and are disqualified.
- Candidates who are not reachable via email, text message, or phone after 5 attempts and are therefore disqualified.

Job Overview
The Senior Executive (IPDRG Coder) is accountable for conducting thorough audits of inpatient medical records to ensure correct assignment of codes and DRGs, supported by clinical documentation. All diagnoses, procedures, discharge disposition, and POA status must be coded with the required specificity in line with IPPS methodology. The role involves mentoring and training coders, providing feedback and ongoing education, and collaborating closely with Clinical Documentation Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive reviews of inpatient DRG coding for accuracy, compliance, and clear documentation.
- Ensure assignment of codes and DRGs is fully supported by clinical details.
- Verify the specificity of all procedures, diagnoses, discharge disposition, and POA status.
- Mentor, train, and provide ongoing feedback to coders and documentation specialists.
- Achieve and maintain quality and production targets.
- Adhere to all project protocols, SOPs, and compliance standards (HIPAA, OIG).
- Escalate issues, identify coding or documentation trends for process improvements.
- Maintain daily logs (productivity, clarification, other applicable logs).
- Communicate regularly with Managers/TLs and respond promptly to all requests and emails.
- Ensure team-wide compliance with all regulatory and operational protocols.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience with inpatient DRG coding and auditing.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word (excellent Excel proficiency preferred).
- Experience and exposure to 3M software and NLP coding tools.
- Strong communication abilities, flexibility, and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving client/project needs.
Additional Requirements
- Graduation is a must (No backlogs).
- Must hold one of the following certifications: CCS, CIC, CPC, GIC, COC, CRC.
- Previous experience in target companies and/or US healthcare domain preferred.
