This is a full-time on-site Senior Site Engineer - PMC role located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu / Puducherry, India. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for on-site quality control, structural engineering, and overseeing civil engineers on projects.

Job description
1. Construction Supervision :
o Oversee day-to-day construction activities on the site, including monitoring progress, quality of work, and adherence to construction plans and specifications.
2. Project Coordination:
o Work closely with the project manager & engineers to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
o Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to the project team and management to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving.
3. Quality Assurance:
o Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and ensure that workmanship meets project specifications.
o Conduct quality checks, inspections, and tests to identify and address any defects, deviations, or non-compliance with project requirements.
o Address quality issues promptly and work with the team to implement corrective actions to maintain project quality.
4. Health and Safety Compliance:
o Enforce and promote a safe working environment on the construction site by implementing safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, daily progress reports, site observations, and quality control inspections.
o To maintain the hindrance, register at site.
o Prepare and submit reports on project status, issues, and milestones to project management and stakeholders.
