Role Summary
We are seeking an administrator with exceptional administrative and communication abilities. You need to be willing to continuously update your understanding of labor regulations and You need to be able to handle a range of personalities and remain composed under pressure. A senior administrator ought to be fair, personable, and capable of multitasking. Additionally, if feasible, you have to be open to participating in training sessions and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitoring record on local vendor, Housekeeping, Access Record and facility management
- Answer employees queries about admin – related issues
- Organize and maintain personnel, labor and internal records which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Maintenance of the Electricity/General and stock
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) and maintaining daily attendance records
- Upkeep the petty cash handling
- Organizing the festival celebration arrangements
- Liaise with external vendors / partners, like insurance vendors, office administration, assets AMCs and ensure legal compliance.
- Reviewing and monitoring admin related reports
- Any other work which is provided by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field / Master's in Business Administration
- Proven 3+ years experience in an Admin-related role.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Key Responsibilities
- Hands on experience as a CNC administration for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across versions 9.0, 9.1, and 9.2. to perform upgrade, system instance creation & sepration & company rollouts.
- Execute data migration activities including server refreshes, database transitions, and ERP infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage security setup : application security, processing option security, row/column/external call security, LDAP/SSO integration.
- Support rollout projects across multiple geographies including company code segregation and ERP realignment.
- Perform package builds , server upgrades , and deployment tasks for development and production environments. NC profile for screening
- Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix, WebLogic, AIS servers, and third-party integrations

- Expertise in JD Edwards CNC Administration (Tool Releases 8.96d, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2) for implementation, Upgrade & Rollout
- Strong understanding of server architecture audits , security policies , and interface redesign .
- Experience in OCI migration , Oracle Data Guard setup , and interface lift-and-shift, JDE_Tools Upgrade
- Skilled in user profile management , menu design , and System Administration Workbench (SAW) .
- Familiarity with data mapping , data extraction , and integration testing .
