Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field and channel sales within the lighting industry, committed to enhancing sales growth and effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with dealers and distributors in the region.
- Drive sales growth through field visits, client meetings, and channel sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement effective strategies for primary and secondary sales channels.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and pricing strategies.
- Ensure product placement and promotional strategies in retail outlets are effectively executed.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and be proficient in technical specifications to assist customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Field sales executive experience in the lighting industry (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in channel sales methodologies and execution (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with sales executive roles, focusing on direct client engagement and closing sales.
- Knowledge in primary and secondary sales including business development strategies.
- Prior experience in the fast-moving electrical goods industry is a benefit.
