**TITLE: Sr Executive Sales/ Asst Manager Sales**

**REPORTING TO: Country Manager India**
**LOCATION: Home Office - Preferred Location - South India**
**I.** **Purpose of Position**
1. Implement the sales strategy with key accounts, distributors and small direct customers in the defined territory in order to facilitate the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives for both the company and target accounts.
2. Grow the business and capitalize on the unfolding opportunities in the respective area for all Hengstler/Dynapar/SPT products and services, **with a strong focus on new business generation field visits.**
3. Manage & develop new channel partners identified to grow the network and complete geographical cover for all Hengstler-Dynapar- SPT products.
4. Maintain the existing channel partners in the territory including distributor standard work and achievement of distributor sales targets.
5. Work with other members of the HD SPT India team to introduce, develop and support all HD-SPT product lines in the accounts.
**II.** **Key Responsibilities**
1. Increase sales by forging more developed relationships with target channel partners and customers by proactively developing new business contacts throughout the respective enterprises. Identify key senior-level contacts with all decisions makers/influencers in the target organizations.
2. Be involved and take a hands-on role in the sales process.
3. Increase sales by understanding the customers' detailed requirements and needs, and by using specialist expertise to proactively develop new business opportunities. Make extensive visits for product introduction of HD -SPT for sales promotion & enquiry generation with cold calling and visits.
4. Ensure excellent communication quality & priority is maintained with the target channel partners and customers.
5. Assist expansion and maintenance of the customer database maintained in HD-SPT CRM system.
6. Lead generation through effective database management, telemarketing, LinkedIn, and other lead generation efforts.
7. Growth and maintenance of Hengstler-Dynapar-SPT opportunity funnel in the region; provide and maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
