Incumbent will be part of the HR Team and will play a pivotal role in handling end to recruitment process, onboarding and employee life cycle management.
The position will be based out to Chennai ( Near Tidel Park)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals and social media etc
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships
- Handling the documentation and offer letter release
- Joining formalities and on boarding process
