Job Description

The Homecare Nurse are expected to assist patient with daily activities, taking patient vital signs.
- Perform diagnostic test. Handling critical care such as Tracheotomy, suctioning, ryles tube feeding, IV & IM injection.
- Monitor Patient Health. Provide Basic bedside care. Checking Temperature, blood pressure, Pulse. Administering & maintain a record of all prescribed medication. Checking for infection, bedsore.
- He/she should help the patient in their toiletry activities as per the patient's requirement.
- He/she should take care of feeding, diet plan & medication of the patients, as dictated by the medical practitioner of the Patient and guided by the patient's family.
- They must maintain proper hygiene of the patient.
- The Nurse is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the patient's room such that the patient is safe from infections.
- The Home Care Nurses have to be on 24 hours’ allocation at client’s premises (this includes 16 Hours Duty & 8 hours of compulsory rest).

To provide high level support to the Directors by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. 
Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and

Roles & Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Directors schedule, including meetings, 
appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure efficient time management by prioritizing 
and organizing tasks. 

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director Office and 
internal/external stakeholders. Manage all correspondence, including phone calls, 
Client/Visitor greetings and mail with discretion and professionalism. 

Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute meetings, including preparing agendas, 
taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure all meeting materials are prepared 
and distributed in advance.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and 
transportation for the Directors and for their family members as needed. Handle any travel
related issues that may arise. 

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other 
materials as required. Ensure all documentation is accurate, professionally formatted, and 
delivered on time. 

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict 
confidentiality at all times. 

Project Management: Assist in managing and executing special projects, including research, 
data analysis, and coordination of resources. Track project progress and report on milestones. 

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Directors, including

Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by line management. 

Educational Background and Work Experience: 
Any Bachelor’s Degree
