Modern Quests is a premium retailer that sells home decor, tableware, kitchenware & bathroom accessories for the affluent Indian customers. We sell more than 5,000 products across various homeware categories and have strong brand presence in online and offline retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail sales team as we setup more multiple stores in Delhi / NCR.
Locations:
1. Greater Kailash 1 (N Block Market)
2. Moti Nagar (DLF Mall)
3. Sultanpur (MG Road)
Main Responsibilities Include:
1. Interact with walk-in customers and explain the products and their usage / specifications
2. Provide information regarding sizes and design options available for each product range
3. Ensure all collections and categories are displayed as per VM requirements
4. Use POS software and payment machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly
5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory software
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury / premium retail sales
2. Previous experience in home decor or luxury homeware would be preferred
3. Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university
4. Excellent spoken and written English
5. Strong verbal communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionally
6. Must have a passion to learn about decor & homeware in a fast-growing retail environment
