Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Hospital Administrators to manage the daily operations of our 150-bedded reputed hospitals located across South Gujarat (Bharuch to Vapi). The role involves overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring compliance, enhancing patient satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of hospital operations including OPD, IPD, emergency services, and diagnostics.
- Coordinate between medical, nursing, administrative, and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, Fire & Safety, Biomedical Waste, etc.).
- Manage hospital budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Supervise procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Liaise with government authorities, insurance companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
- Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
- Monitor MIS reports, patient footfall, and operational KPIs regularly.
- Lead HR activities including recruitment, training, performance review, and staff grievance resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of hospital administration experience in a mid to large-size hospital.
- Strong leadership, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hospital software systems (e.g., HIS, ERP) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site role.
- Willingness to Relocate within South Gujarat.
- Flexible to work in extended hours in case of emergencies.
