Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hospitality Manager
located in Udaipur. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout weddings and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating guest arrivals and departures, managing check-ins and check-outs at hotels, handling room allocations, supervising hospitality desks, overseeing logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between guests, venues, and the planning team. The role demands strong organizational skills, presence of mind, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues in real time to deliver a flawless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency in managing large guest lists and handling VIP clients
- Team leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality staff and vendors
