Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Product & Experience Lead for our hospitals who will take ownership of enhancing patient and customer experience . This role sits at the intersection of hospital operations, product strategy, and technology integration, focusing on creating frictionless, efficient, and high-quality experiences across all touchpoints of a patient’s journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Experience Design: Understand patient and customer pain points in hospital visits and design processes to reduce confusion, waiting time, and operational friction.
- Operations + Product Integration: Work closely with hospital operations, doctors, and staff to implement improvements using technology and AI wherever applicable.
- Process Optimization: Reimagine offline hospital processes, identify inefficiencies, and introduce scalable solutions for smoother operations.
- Clinical Impact and quality control: Ensuring the right clinical protocols are enforced, automating quality control across all clinical practices and ensuring the best medical outcomes.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, doctors, and hospital staff to align product initiatives with operational goals.
- Innovation & Strategy: Continuously research and propose new tech, digital tools, and AI integrations to improve patient experience and hospital efficiency.
- Hands-On Execution: Own end-to-end projects from ideation to execution, ensuring solutions are practical, implementable, and impactful.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare operations , ideally in a role involving patient experience improvement.
- Experience with EMR development or healthcare technology products is a strong plus.
- Background in product management, strategy, or operational leadership .
- Medical background (doctor or clinician) with transition into product/strategy is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable being hands-on in hospital operations while designing scalable patient experience initiatives.
