- Engage with home buyers and property investors to build long-term trust.
- Conduct both physical and virtual site visits, matching clients with the right properties.
- Negotiate deals with urgency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and client communication.
- Participate in team training, coaching, and performance reviews regularly.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Must be based in Indore and have good knowledge of the city.
- Proven experience in sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Open to coaching, self-improvement, and growth.
- (Preferred) Athletic or performance-driven background—someone who understands discipline, strategy, and competitiveness.
Earn ₹1 Lakh to ₹15 Lakhs per month
Highest commissions in Indore – 30–35% per deal
Direct tie-ups with premium local & Dubai-based builders
100+ hours of training in the first 6 months
