Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement housing policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage all aspects of employee housing, including allocation, maintenance, and termination of housing arrangements
• Oversee the housing application and allocation process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for housing maintenance and repairs
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding housing-related matters, including rental agreements, lease renewals, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee housing benefits and incentives programs
• Conduct regular inspections of employee housing units to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations

• Credit Analysis: Assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers by analyzing their financial statements, credit history, and repayment capacity
• Risk Assessment: Evaluating the level of credit risk associated with different borrowers and determining appropriate credit limits and terms
• Credit Policy: Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with internal guidelines and industry regulations
• Credit Underwriting: Approving or declining credit applications based on the risk assessment and established criteria
• Credit Monitoring: Monitoring the credit performance of existing borrowers and taking proactive measures to address potential delinquencies or defaults

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop intiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
• Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections are made and monitor defaulting customers by ensuring regular follow with critical/complex customers to identify reasons for defaulting
• Represent the organization in front of legal/ statutory bodies as required by the legal team and ensure that the collection team adheres to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
• Allocate work to the field executives and ensure that all the agencies in the location perform as per defined SLA, ensuring payments and audit receipts get deposited within the defined SLA.
• Ensure that there is adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise /bucket-wise/ segment-wise and obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolio & initiate detailed account level review of high-ticket accounts
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB /IRB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company
