  • Participation may be required in various projects beyond just Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications Required:

  • MBA in HR or Equivalent Degree
  • 2-5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

Key Skills:

  • Analyze the recruiting data (decline, conversion, hit ratio) on a periodic basis
  • Leverage market intelligence reports to derive meaningful insights
  • Observe data compliance and data integrity across recruiting teams.

People Related Skills:
