The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering high calibre hires to our India business, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor to internal and external stakeholders. You will own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing (direct & indirect), attracting, and assessing candidates through to offer management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with key stakeholders/hiring managers to create compelling and inclusive job descriptions
  • Identify the most suitable recruitment channels for various vacancies up to senior management level
  • Use various direct sourcing tools & techniques
  • Conduct initial conversations with candidates to better understand their backgrounds and to answer their questions
  • Schedule and oversee interviews
  • Managing the candidate experience with timely updates and constructive feedback
  • Deliver regular status reports on recruitment progress
  • Support ad hoc talent attraction and recruitment projects
  • Work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to deliver on ad-hoc projects, implement frameworks and guidelines and knowledge share on best practices
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Expansion team with any additional requirements projects or needs

  • Fluency in English to a C1 level is essential
