**Job Titile: Lead Specialist - HR Support GES HR**
**Location: Hyderabad.**
**Work type Contract 12-24 months**
**The HR support officer facilitates content management, vendor management and other benefits. This services consists of coordination with internal and external vendors, stakeholders, departments and external suppliers (e.g., moving companies, tax providers, relocation agencies, embassies). The HR support officer would also support GES HR to continuously deliver the right quality of services according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the internal team and external service provider and improves the services to achieve the GES HR objectives.**
**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Many contacts with other departments within DSM-Firmenich (such as line manager, employee, HR colleagues) as well as with various external suppliers (such as moving company, tax provider, relocation agency, embassies).
+ Key contact with the regions to support Content management, Vendor Management and Benefits activities.
+ Support LSA Benefit, Tuition reimbursement, Compliance reports and other HR Admin activities - globally
+ Technological challenges (re: product and process innovation) Process development and organization regarding Content and Vendor management activities.
+ External developments regarding fiscal, legal and social security aspects world-wide.
+ Other relevant aspects: acquisitions, quality, environmental impact, complexity and risks, safety and health.
+ Safety situation in DSM-Firmenich countries.
+ Health insurance situation in DSM-Firmenich countries.
+ Different languages, cultures and time zones with the regions.
