Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and other cross-functional stakeholders of different verticals to understand and deliver on their data needs.
- Design and implement report administration framework, develop self-service HR dashboards that will improve organizational abilities to plan for future talent needs
- Compile the HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HR & TA Dashboards, hiring trends, various engagement surveys, onboarding feedback, exit interviews,
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis from data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
- Facilitate implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Making and checking of incentive provision file for respective business.
- Responsible for making and checking incentive paid files for respective business.
- Handle incentive help desk and take care of employees queries.
- Responsible to making and checking PIP files based on incentive files for respective business.
- Design and implement HR Analytics models to capture right data from various functions of HR i.e. TA, Engagement and Ops.
Requirements and skills:
- Experienced in Excel and analytics.
- Knowledge of Power Bi/ tableau would be an addition.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.

The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR processes, improving workforce planning, and driving data-driven insights across various HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement. She/He will be responsible for creating and maintaining HR dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring HR operations run as per desired processes.
Key Responsilibities :
HR Data Analytics & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data related to workforce trends, turnover, recruitment, and compensation etc.
- Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Provide on-demand analytics support to HR business partners and leadership to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Process Improvement & Insights
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data and suggest actionable insights.
- Support the development of predictive models for workforce planning and attrition risk.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and automate routine tasks using analytics tools.
HR Systems & Technology
- Work with HRIS platforms (SAP) to provide database and payroll related inputs, extract and generate regular reports from system.
- Support HR system implementation and upgrades, including data migration and testing.
Compensation & Benefits Analysis
- Assist in salary benchmarking, market analysis, and internal equity studies.
- Provide data support during annual compensation reviews and benefits evaluations.
Talent Management Support
- Track and report on KPIs related to recruitment, performance appraisals, and learning & development.
- Monitor diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) metrics.
Key Skills :
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tool Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP and labor laws and HR best practices.
