Job Description for Employee Data Management Team Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide end user support to ensure accurate employee data management.
• Support all aspects of HRIS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation and deployment.
• Possess functional expertise of Talent Management system (like Oracle) and Employee data management to consult HR business partners and provide end user support.
• Works with IT / Tech teams to develop implementation plans, upgrade plans, and recommendations for HRIS / HRMS functionalities.
• Interact and anticipate the needs of Business & Project by developing effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• Clearly understand the work expectation, timelines, efforts, and ability to work well under pressure with high attention to details.
• Comply with risk management requirements, keep track of potential threats while maintaining employee data and onboarding of the employees (full time, part time, contractors, retainers, etc.)
• Run data audits, and research and resolve reporting / data entry discrepancies.
• Prepare & maintain process documents and required reports as per need of business.
ROLE BRIEF:
As a AM HR Operation for employee data management, your role would involve overseeing and optimizing the data management process. This includes implementing best practices, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with higher-level management to enhance HR operations efficiency. Your experience would be crucial in guiding the team and making strategic decisions.
Preferred Skills
• Strong problem solving and data management skills as well as ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to adapt communication upwards and downwards for appropriate levels of detail.
• Maintain quality of deliverables and suggest process enhancements.
• Experience of working on Service Request modules for HR domain (Not mandate skills, would be a preference)
• Experience in Employee Data Management and working knowledge of HRMS / HRIS tools (like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, Workday, etc.)
Qualification
• Bachelor/PG/MBA (from a reputed and recognized institute)
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word

Lead key strategic initiatives, driving HR Transformation and process reengineering to increase HR process effectiveness and efficiency while reducing costs of HR operations
Creating end to end HR outsourcing solution focusing on key factors and leverage digital and AI tools to create a compelling future state model
Work closely with Transitions and Change Management teams to ensure smooth transition of HR processes/activities to Genpact
Leading programs and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of planned outcomes

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduation in Human Resources, Preferably Masters in Human Resources.
Prior HR Consulting and Solutioning experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation and technology implementation projects will be requisite.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Minimum years of experience in Human Resources consulting & solutioning with relevant years at a managerial level
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR Transformation projects
Ability to work in ambiguity and to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Project Management acumen (project management certification will be an asset)
Global exposure know-how of different cultures
Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written (good command of Ms PowerPoint and Excel will be requisite)
End to End knowledge of HR function
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult client interactions.
Knowledge and expertise of the major HR technology solutions covering HCM systems, workflow management applications and standalone AI tools
