Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Consultant & Communications Associate located in Lucknow, with some work from home being acceptable.
HR Consulting Support (40%)
- Assist in ongoing HR consulting projects, data analysis, report writing, and policy documentation.
- Prepare materials for client presentations (organization charts, job catalogues, performance frameworks).
- Conduct basic benchmarking and secondary research on HR practices.
- Support consulting team in designing HR processes, KPIs, and communication plans.
Pre-Sales & Business Development (30%)
- Draft and personalize pre-sales emails, proposals, and decks.
- Maintain and update sales materials, case studies, and company credentials.
- Conduct research on potential clients and prepare briefs before meetings.
- Contribute to business development by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and helping convert opportunities into signed projects.
Communication & Branding (20%)
- Create content for Colleve’s LinkedIn page and website (posts, HR insights, success stories).
- Draft replies to client inquiries and support internal/external communication.
- Assist in event planning, webinars, and thought-leadership campaigns.
Operations & Coordination (10%)
- Organize project files, maintain trackers, and summarize meeting notes.
- Liaise with external vendors, partners, and design teams as needed.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Journalism, Communications, or Management.
Excellent written English and presentation skills.
Strong interest in HR strategy, analytics, and storytelling.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and Canva.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a consulting setup.
- Work directly with the Founder & Managing Partner on high-impact HR and performance projects.
- Learn consulting frameworks, client engagement, and HR transformation hands-on.
- Exposure to global clients across industries.
- Exposure to HR Technology including Workday, Oracle, SAP, and AI.
- Hybrid and flexible work setup.
