Talent Acquisition & Strategy
Lead the end-to-end hiring process across departments (primarily sales and academics) – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-outs, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring plans and workforce forecasting.
Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-drop ratios).
Manage agency/vendor relationships and job board partnerships effectively.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Lead employee onboarding , orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
Act as the go-to HR partner for Delhi employees for all people-related matters.
Drive employee engagement , pulse checks, and team-building initiatives at the campus level.
Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting discussions in coordination with the central HR team.
Ensure timely and compliant execution of HR documentation , contracts, and records.
Support in policy implementation and adherence at the Delhi campus.
Maintain accuracy in employee data, leave management, and attendance systems.
