We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation based in Perth’s inner suburbs. This is a 4+ week contract with the potential for extension, supporting a growing team that provides essential services across aged care, disability, and community sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of departments
- Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interviews, prepare offers and contracts, and manage onboarding compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on key metrics
- Promote the organisation’s employee value proposition and referral programs
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR officer role
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience in the health, aged care, or not-for-profit sector (highly regarded)
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero experience is desirable)

In jouw rol als HR-medewerker ben jij de spil die alles draaiende houdt: je regelt, ondersteunt, coördineert én denkt vooruit. Wat ga je allemaal doen?
Als HR-professional ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige personeelsadministratie: van het verwerken van mutaties en opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten tot het actueel houden van het AFAS HR-dossier. Je coördineert het onboardingproces, verzorgt alle correspondentie en begeleidt nieuwe collega’s bij een soepele start.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers en voert verzuim- en exitgesprekken. Met oog voor wet- en regelgeving werk je nauw samen met externe partners en draag je bij aan een gezonde en positieve werkcultuur. Daarnaast stel je jaarlijks een actieplan op, werk je mee aan HR-projecten en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het verlagen van het verzuim en het versterken van medewerkerstevredenheid.
Een typische dag in jouw rol
's Ochtends stel je een arbeidsvoorstel op voor een nieuwe collega. Daarna werk je aan het up-to-date houden van de personeelsdossiers in AFAS. Later op de dag voer je een verzuimgesprek en overleg je met een operationeel manager over een coachingstraject. Tussendoor? Help je de recruiter bij het inplannen van een kennismakingsgesprek en beantwoord je vragen van medewerkers over hun CAO.
Geen dag is hetzelfde; maar jij houdt de regie.

- HBO werk- en denkniveau, pré HRM

- Ervaring met AFAS en MS Office (vooral Excel)
