o Coordinate with the benefits department to ensure proper enrollment, eligibility,

4. Data Entry & Systems Maintenance:
o Enter and maintain accurate employee information in payroll systems (e.g.,
employee status, salary adjustments, time-off accruals).
o Utilize payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or proprietary systems) for payroll
processing, record-keeping, and reporting.
o Generate reports related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and earnings for
management review.
5. Payroll Reporting & Analysis:
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for HR, finance, and
management teams.
o Assist with audits and provide required documentation for internal or external
audits.
o Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and detect errors or discrepancies.
6. Employee Communication:
o Communicate any payroll-related changes or issues to employees effectively and
professionally.
o Address employee inquiries related to wages, benefits, and payroll taxes
promptly.

Job Summary
The Specialist HR (Payroll) is responsible for managing and executing all payroll processing
and compensation and benefits (C&B) related activities, and ensuring compliance with
statutory regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures,
and labor laws. The incumbent will be instrumental in maintaining accurate employee data,
processing timely and accurate payroll, and administering various benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
∙Payroll Processing:
oEnsure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
oMaintain employee payroll records and reconcile discrepancies.
oManage payroll deductions, taxes, and statutory remittances.
oGenerate various payroll reports for management and statutory requirements.
