+ Trusted Business Partner:

+ Enhance cross functional and international collaboration
+ Facilitates and embeds HR initiatives aligned with the business agenda of local leaders
+ Partners with Function HRBP and HR COEs to provide support on the design and implementation of new and cyclical programmes at the local level including learning & development, rewards and talent acquisition teams
+ Acts as a liaison between the local leaders and HR to ensure that HR strategy and services are aligned with internal client needs
+ Elevate Employee Experience
+ Improve the day-to-day experience for our people, support employee engagement activities to make AVEVA a great place to work and attract the next generation of talent
+ Understands and solicits employee opinions and anticipates their needs and concerns
+ Develops and promotes ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
+ HR Expertise
+ Provides data, insight on employee engagement; guides and supports business leaders on actions required to address gaps to improve the overall engagement.
+ Build deep legislative, market and HR local knowledge and provide in-country insights on people processes, programs as well as resolve complex employee queries which are escalated by HR Services Team
+ Be an Enabler: Diagnose, understand root cause and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and functions to address gaps and enhance performance
+ Leverage on data analytics: Use data strategically to identify and surface trends to enhance business and organization performance as we make smart and informed decisions

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Coimbatore. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, handling employee relations and addressing employee concerns, and managing performance management processes. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters and help foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
  • Skills in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Expertise in Performance Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
