We are seeking a highly skilled HR Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining and improving the integrity of HR data in our Workday system. You will collaborate with HR and other functional teams to identify and troubleshoot data issues, generate meaningful insights, and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HR modules, strong analytical skills, and experience in manipulating and presenting complex data sets.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze HR data in to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
+ Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with HR and functional teams to resolve issues
+ Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR and business leaders in making data-driven decisions
