· The primary role will be partnering with business leaders and influence them with your people strategies and facilitating changes to organization culture & structure.
· The role is required to conduct connect sessions with the employees & managers and propose plan of actions to enable employee engagement and help driving available talent with their full extent in the organization.

Candidate Profile*
· MBA/PGD in HR or equivalent.
· 10 - 12 years of total experience out of which at least 10 years of relevant experience into HR Business Partnership & Employee Engagement.
· Working experience on SAP Success Factor (HR Solution/Suit) will be an added advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite
