Key Responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing complex business problems and identifying root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies for performance improvement.
  • Leading client engagements, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and drive change adoption.
  • Designing and optimizing core business processes across functions such as operations, supply chain, and finance.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies and recommending best practices.
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring progress towards strategic goals.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in performance management.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 6-8 years of consulting experience, particularly in performance improvement or operational excellence. Demonstrable experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and expertise in process mapping and re-engineering are required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are paramount for success in this client-facing role. The ability to travel extensively to client sites within the region is a prerequisite for this position.   2. Program Design: To design and develop comprehensive compensation and benefits packages that are competitive within the industry and compliant with legal requirements. This includes salary structures, bonus plans, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  3. Market Analysis: To conduct regular salary surveys and market research to ensure the organization's pay scales and benefits are competitive and attract top talent.
  4. Job Evaluation: Responsible for job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative worth of jobs and establish internal equity.
  5. Budgeting & Administration: To manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs and oversee their administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
