  13. Local Leadership Support:

  15. Serve as an HR advisor during decision-making on staffing, performance management, and succession planning.
  16. Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics to support leadership in strategic decisions.

  17. Branch Visits & On-ground HR Support:

  18. Regularly visit branches to understand employee challenges, monitor HR processes, and build stronger relationships with teams.

  19. Ensure HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee engagement initiatives are effectively implemented at the ground level.
  20. Act as a cultural ambassador to align organizational values with local practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, retention strategies, talent acquisition, and branch-level HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting branch visits, managing employee engagement activities, and collaborating with local leads.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Local Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute the India workforce strategy in alignment with global business objectives and delivery needs.
  • Partner with leadership to design organizational structures, define role mapping, and build succession pipelines for key positions.
  • Support talent acquisition strategy through collaboration with recruiting teams to ensure alignment with business growth.
  • Monitor India-specific talent trends (attrition, skill demand, compensation competitiveness) to guide strategic decisions.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the cultural bridge between India employees and global leadership, ensuring open communication and inclusion.
  • Proactively address employee relations issues, grievances, and retention challenges.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication forums to maintain morale and connectedness.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews and identify key themes for action planning.

Learning & Development/ Capability Building

  • Partner with delivery and operations leaders to identify skill gaps and create learning roadmaps for technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • Manage and track the execution of quarterly learning plans, workshops, and upskilling programs.
  • Support career development frameworks and leadership readiness programs for high-potential employees.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Champion DysrupIT's DEI goals in the India context, ensuring representation and inclusion in hiring, promotion, and engagement.
  • Implement India-focused DEI initiatives such as women returnship programs and inclusive culture workshops.
  • Partner with global HR to localize DEI frameworks and measure impact.

Change Management & Culture Building

  • Act as a change leader supporting global initiatives and embedding the "One DysrupIT" culture across teams.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment during organizational changes, mergers, or structural updates.
  • Reinforce company values and drive culture-based programs and leadership connect sessions.

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Track and analyze India-specific HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance outcomes, and promotion ratios.
  • Prepare people insights and dashboards for leadership to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Measure the impact of HR programs (e.g., training effectiveness, retention strategies) and provide recommendations.

POSH & Core Compliance

  • Oversee POSH compliance, ensuring an active Internal Committee and regular awareness sessions.
  • Maintain alignment of India HR policies with local labor laws while staying consistent with global policies.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a business partnering role.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations and strategic initiatives within a multinational or IT services environment.
  • Strong understanding of India labor laws, POSH compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
