Role Overview

HR Responsibilities:
- ”Walking the floor” being available for line manager and employee needs.

- Supervise the Admin resource to manage travel arrangements and related logistics efficiently.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Admin resource, ensuring the successful execution of administrative functions and professional development of the team.

Requirements
 
Experience
- S/he requires a minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, which must include at least 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably acquired in a multinational organization with matrix structure.
- Experience in medical device industry preferred
