Employee Engagement & Culture-

- Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and grievance redressal.
Performance Management & Development -
- Implement KRA/KPI framework and appraisal process.

What We're Looking For-
- 3–6 years of proven experience in HR (preferably in e-commerce/startup/agency environment). Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliances & labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software (keka) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employees across levels and drive culture.
