Role Overview -

Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity).

Employee Engagement & Culture-

  • Build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and grievance redressal.

Performance Management & Development -

  • Implement KRA/KPI framework and appraisal process.
  • Partner with leaders for performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

What We're Looking For-

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in HR (preferably in e-commerce/startup/agency environment). Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliances & labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software (keka) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle employees across levels and drive culture.
