Key Responsibilities

  • Own the hiring funnel for highly technical roles-from sourcing to offer closure-within your first 4 weeks.
  • Design first principles sourcing strategies : build creative Boolean & X Ray searches, run data driven experiments, and tap niche communities (ArXiv, Kaggle, DEFCON, CVPR).
  • Analyze funnel metrics in our system, and iterate relentlessly to cut time to hire while raising candidate quality.
  • Champion employer branding : craft engaging content, host technical challenges, and cultivate a presence within elite research circles.
  • Maintain compliance and confidentiality in line with defense sector security requirements.
