ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES CONSULTANT
a. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership.
b. Must be in proper uniform within the dealerships to access customer.
c. Attend morning meetings at regular intervals.
d. Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication and a friendly demeanor.
e. Identify and understand the customer's needs and preferences.
f. Recommend vehicles that meet the customer's requirements and budget.
g. Maintain a thorough understanding of all the vehicles available, including features, specifications, pricing and promotions.
h. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and new models along with competitor analysis.
i. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
j. Highlight the key features and benefits of the vehicle during the test drive.
k. Guide customers through sales process from initial consultation to final purchase.
l. Provide detailed information about financing options, warranties, and service plans.
m. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
n. Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales.
o. Ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
p. Understanding is required to use the HGOALS 2.0 and H-Smart APP.
q. Must generate good quality enquiries and leads for conversions.
r. Enquiries to be punch in H-Smart APP on daily basis.
s. Conduct follow up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat
businesses.
t. Address any post sale issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
u. Work collaborately with other team members, including finance managers, service advisors and sales managers.
v. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
w. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
x. Always provide customer with latest consumer offer on vehicles, and communicate customers with accurate waiting period of vehicle availability from stock report for delivery .
y. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
z. Participate in dealership events, promotions and community outreach programs to attract new customers and enhance the dealership's reputation.
aa. Stay informed about competitor's products, pricing and promotions.
bb. Provide feedback to management about market trends and customer preferences.

- Perform microstructural analysis, hardness testing, and other metallurgical evaluations using tools such as SEM, EDS, and optical microscopy.
- Assist in supplier development and audits related to metallurgical processes and material quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in materials performance and processing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in metallurgical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a metallurgy/materials role, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Stainless Steel, Steel, aluminium, and advanced high-strength alloys used in automotive applications.
- Familiarity with automotive standards and quality systems (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
