What you'll do?


1. Income Tax Compliance for GIL and promoter entities

Handling tax computations and advance tax calculations

Filing of Income Tax Returns for Companies, LLPs.

Preparation and submission of Form 15CA & 15CB for foreign remittances.


2. TDS Compliance for GIL and promoter entities

Filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).

Ensuring timely payment of TDS

Reconciliation of AIS, Form 26AS with TDS as per books.

Managing TDS certificates and collating information for responding to notices related to defaults.


3. Tax Audits

Assisting in Tax Audit assignments under Section 44AB for GIL and promoter related entities.

Assisting in preparing Tax Audit reports including Form 3CD.

Ensuring proper documentation for audit trails and compliance checks.


4. Assessments for GIL and promoter entities

Assisting in Scrutiny Assessments and responding to notices under Sections 143(2), 142(1), etc.

Preparing documentation for CIT(A), ITAT appeals.

Maintaining detailed records of filings, payments, and correspondence.

Updating trackers for tax filings and deadlines.


5. Support for various Finance and Accounts related activities based on requirements.

BCOM Graduate, Inter CA cleared, Article ship completed


Experience: 4+ years
