- Ensure adherence to **building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements** (e.g., OSHA, local fire codes).
- Conduct routine safety checks and support audits and inspections.
**Requirements**:
- **6-10 years** of proven experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems.
- Familiarity with energy management and BMS (Building Management System) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and SOPs.
