Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for a range of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, robotic arms, automated assembly lines, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using remote diagnostic tools, software logs, and video conferencing with on-site personnel.
- Guide on-site technicians through maintenance procedures, repair processes, and calibration steps via detailed instructions and live support.
- Develop and refine preventative maintenance schedules based on equipment performance data and manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive digital records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacement for each piece of equipment.

- Source and manage the inventory of necessary spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability for critical repairs.
- Create and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and repair manuals, for remote access.

- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Excellent remote diagnostic skills and familiarity with remote access software and diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical procedures to others.
