Your Role
- Engage universities and colleges across India and South Asia.
- Coordinate and deliver academic workshops that showcase NexSphere’s offerings.
- Build long-term institutional relationships with leadership and faculty teams.
- Drive collaboration opportunities and contribute to institutional growth.
- Represent NexSphere at academic events, seminars, and conferences.
Who You Are
Applicants must hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in one of the following disciplines:
Psychology, Social Work, Education, Visual Communication, Public Health / Allied Health
Additional Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in academic outreach, social impact, or higher-education engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of social media and digital content creation — ability to craft and drive institutional visibility through creative campaigns.
Passion for education, innovation, and community development.
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working with university leadership.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: Competitive (aligned with experience).
Commission: For every revenue generated through partnerships or programs.

10. Build Connections
- Source and collaborate with influencers, creators, and vendors
- Manage external partners for print, design, packaging and more
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has hands-on experience in social media & e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
- Knows how to make Canva look like magic (Adobe Suite is a bonus!)
- Understands SEO, web content, and digital user experience
- Can write smart, snappy captions and emails
