Your role in our vision

Responsbilitiues :
- Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners - including corporates, tech giants, conglomerates, and startups - that align with StockGro’s vision, community, and product roadmap.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners by proactively identifying relevant brands that resonate with our user base.
- Take end-to-end ownership of partnerships -from pitching to negotiation, execution, follow-through and funnel management

About the Role: Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager
NxtWave is looking for a dynamic and proactive B2B Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic collaborations with key stakeholders across academia, industry, and government sectors, as well as onboarding and nurturing relationships with professionals to enrich our content and educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic collaborations with key stakeholders across academia, industry, and government sectors, as well as onboarding and nurturing relationships with professionals to enrich our content and educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value propositions of NxtWave’s products and offerings to potential partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement with NxtWave.
- Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, hiring drives, hackathons, or expert sessions on-campus and virtually.
- Help build and scale NxtWave’s brand as the go-to partner for industry collaboration in tech upskilling.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems across academia, industry, and government.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and leveraging Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone who’s part creator, part strategist, and part e-comm ninja. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced—both online and offline—while working across content, campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Create Visual Magic
- Design beautiful, on-brand content for social media, product packaging, emails, campaigns & e-commerce platforms
- Bring our brand to life through pitch decks, catalogues, and promotional assets
2. Make Videos That Stop The Scroll
- Plan and edit Instagram Reels, how-to videos, brand campaigns and more
- Assist in shoots to ensure polished and aesthetic video content
3. Offline Design That Wows IRL
- Create salon marketing material (tent cards, brochures, standees)
- Help bring events and pop-ups to life with visual branding
4. Own Our Visual Identity
- Maintain consistency across every single touchpoint
- Turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping creative
5. Stay Ahead of the Trends
- Keep your eye on what’s hot in design, beauty, and digital storytelling
- Pitch creative concepts and campaign ideas that set us apart
6. Manage Our E-commerce Catalog
- Update listings on our website + platforms like Amazon, our website and others
- Ensure every SKU has accurate and attractive content, excellent imagery and A+ cataloguing.
7. Keep the Website Fresh
- Regularly update homepage banners, product pages, and blog content
- Use SEO tools to boost discoverability
8. Plan & Post Like a Pro
- Build out social media calendars for both Ellement Co. and Nail Academy
- Design and post content, engage with our community, and track performance
9. Data = Strategy
- Review monthly reports, ad performance, and social insights
- Turn numbers into ideas for marketing strategy
10. Build Connections
- Source and collaborate with influencers, creators, and vendors
- Manage external partners for print, design, packaging and more
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has hands-on experience in social media & e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
- Knows how to make Canva look like magic (Adobe Suite is a bonus!)
- Understands SEO, web content, and digital user experience
- Can write smart, snappy captions and emails
- Is organized, detail-obsessed, and creatively fearless
- Loves the beauty, wellness or fashion industry (or is curious to dive in!)
- Can edit reels, really really well!
