About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong ERP knowledge to manage day-to-day finance and compliance functions in a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with banks and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts in ERP system (AP, AR, GL, vouchers, reconciliations).
- Prepare and update budget sheets, P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, ESI, PF filings and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle voucher filing, purchase bill checking, and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
- Support audits (internal and statutory) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and other teams for financial accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, ESI, PF).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- The Manufacturing Engineer (4.0) will support Industry 4.0 deployment and will be the Operations/Manufacturing technology leader in the deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Smart Benches for Eaton Bangalore's manufacturing processes. This role will identify, develop, and drive the deployment of technology-based solutions for enabling a digital transformation within our manufacturing operations.
