The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, and integrations with third-party systems. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ITOM solutions that drive automation and operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Orchestration.
