Required Technical and Professional Experience
Deep understanding of various infra components such as Compute, Storage & Network and arrive at best fit architecture for various infra platforms within the enterprise.
Strong delivery experience in assessing business needs, capacity management, infra resource sizing and technical framework.
Skills in migration of IT infrastructure platforms (On-premise / Cloud / Hybrid).
Skills in infra design of Data centers, connectivity, migration and Management.
Ability to write architecture / design documents and review design documents provided by Project teams
Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs.
Knowledge of infrastructure elements and requirements related to infra virtualization, Software-defined Infrastructure, Private/Public cloud / container platforms.
Skills in Infrastructure implementation, integration, migration and infra management tools.
Ability to identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.
Ability to manage individual infrastructure components and IT services to ensure they meet current and future demands
Expert level OEM certifications on Infrastructure (Compute/Storage/Network) preferred.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect with deep expertise in traditional enterprise IT infrastructure. This role will focus on on-premise systems , including data centers, servers, virtualization platforms, storage, networking, security, and enterprise application hosting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations, architecture design, capacity planning , and disaster recovery strategies in complex, non-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust infrastructure architectures aligned with business and IT strategy.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives while maintaining legacy systems as required.
- Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to infrastructure and operations teams.
- Architect and oversee deployment of on-premise solutions across storage, compute, network, and middleware.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies for security, availability, and performance .
- Collaborate with application and database teams to support infrastructure scalability and optimization.
- Design and document infrastructure roadmaps, diagrams, and technical artifacts.
- Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning.
- Evaluate and select appropriate hardware/software tools for enterprise needs.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related outages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
