The Spatial Data Analyst will conduct research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of required reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables and ensuring that they are submitted on time and to the highest quality achievable;
- Site Assessments: Gather essential information to support planning proposals.
- Ensure seamless liaison with the London Office.
- Availability to work flexible late hours in order to align with the London office is essential. i.E. availability to work 1pm to 8pm working hours on certain days, when required, is essential.
Qualification & Experience
- A bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Geography or similar qualification
- Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment/ graphics firm/advertising agency
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with departmental staff and the management.
- A good knowledge of current planning best practice and sustainable development
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.G. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory
Good to have
- Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector
- Ability to work with Midjourney/ other AI software
- Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD
