Job Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the Data Center Headquarters team to oversee and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure operations. This role includes user account management, domain administration, security enforcement, and ensuring seamless execution of infrastructure projects in alignment with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the local IT team and the Data Center Headquarters team for all infrastructure-related activities.
Coordinate and follow up on infrastructure tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
Manage user creation, permissions, and access control in line with company policies.
Oversee domain management including domain controller maintenance, group policies, and DNS management.
Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Maintain documentation of infrastructure processes, changes, and incidents.
Provide support for troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows in collaboration with relevant teams.
Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring high reliability of infrastructure services.
Participate in audits and risk assessments related to IT infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in coordination with central data center teams.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, domain management, and user account administration.
Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, ITIL) are a plus.

• Executing distribution initiatives for the Infrastructure Finance portfolio, including collaboration with syndicate and secondary market transactions.
• Undertaking capital management of assets and any restructuring work that may be required.
• Regular client engagement and internal collaboration to identify business and capital optimisation opportunities.
