Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor servers, OCP clusters, and databases to ensure optimal health and performance.

- Immediately escalate unusual activities or system irregularities to the support team (Admin) for quick resolution.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of system, application, and transaction monitoring.
