Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction safety engineering or a similar role, with a significant focus on large-scale projects.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans.
- Demonstrated experience with remote safety monitoring technologies and digital reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards, relevant Indian codes) and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks from a distance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote team environment.
