Training will be provided by the company. Work shift: Rotational shifts (morning / afternoon / night) Detailed Job Profile (Training will be provided):1. Monitoring information systems operations to ensure continuous availability and proper working. (Monitor application health using monitoring tools)2. Monitor and respond to hardware and software problems.3. Ensure proper escalation during outages.4. Provide assistance for all information systems operations activities, including computer and telecommunications/communications operations, data entry etc.5. Control, LAN/WAN administration and operations support, different system security policy procedures and operations.6. Compilation of records and reports concerning all assigned network/information systems operations and maintenance.7. Monitor all communications equipments on various platforms in multi-shift operations.8. Monitor/ Manage the activities in various security / office devices like CCTV, Web Cams, Air conditioners etc.9. Provide the routine testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities (including power, software, communications machinery, T1 E1 lines, modems, and terminals etc.)10. Utilize software and hardware tools and identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network.11. Troubleshoot network systems when necessary and make improvements to the network.12. Monitor and notify all stakeholders when a validated environmental/fire alert has occurred in environmental/fire tracking systems.13. Event and fault management of the firm�s infrastructure and applications for various business activities.14. Provide effective response when answering phone calls from internal and external clients/staffs.15. Perform routine tests of assigned systems and reports test results.16. Provide timely and consistent communication on overall systems status and operational issues as required.17. Perform the routine tracking and management of various mass storage devices like CDs, DVDs, storage disks etc. and devices like printers, printing supplies etc.18. Provide necessary assistance in conducting and maintaining SAM audit.19. Perform the daily handling of various items like software testing equipments, keys, software CDs, Cameras, Laptops, Voice Recording devices etc.20. Provide pre sale technical analysis and support to sales persons regarding IT and ITES.21. Provide technical support (Voice/Ticket/Chat) to customers/in-house members as and when required.22. Filtering and escalating Client issues to the concerned team whenever required, obtaining the solution/feedback on the issue and communicating the same to the Clients via Ticket/Call23. Coordinating with the Sales and Accounts/in-house Teams for various activities.24. Updating the daily tickets for team members25. Preparing and sending various reports as and when required.26. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. This role is contributing to the **IS Services in India, Bangalore.**
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure monitoring solution in-house.
- Collaborate and work within the team and externally with the relevant stakeholders to bring out effective monitoring solutions for infrastructure.
- Partner with support teams to ensure the proper monitoring of infrastructure systems.
- Ensures the infrastructure monitoring baselines are up-to date and responsible for upkeep of it.
- Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing monitoring setup for a site or an app with a focus on optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Research and analyze the infrastructure environment to support monitoring activities (to avoid false positives events)
- Provides consultation, advice, and supports the infrastructure monitoring service for the respective stakeholders.
- Collaborates with stakeholders as required.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- IT degree welcome but not mandatory with 10+ years supporting IT infrastructure.
- Certifications required
- Cloud, RHEL, VMware, storage, ITI
- Expertise in implementation and maintenance of monitoring solutions in a distributed setup (e.g. Checkmk, Nagios, ELK, etc.).
- Expertise in Cloud monitoring and services (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Expertise in IT Infrastructure technologies (OS (windows, linux), Storage, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), database, backup solutions, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Drive the end-to-end product life cycle, including understanding customer and user needs, translating and communicating those needs crisply through a prioritized roadmap, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver a compelling product experience
+ Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition and technologies are evolving, and factor it, as well as feedback from internal groups and customers, into the product strategy
+ Collaborate with product marketing, support and the sales team to drive GTM efforts and solve for business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 4+ years of total experience with 2 years of experience in product management or cloud administrator, or SRE roles
+ BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MBA a plus)

+ Experience with developing software, understanding engineering tradeoffs, and an intuition for the needs of the developers and operators who use our products
+ Willing to go above and beyond to get quality products and features to market on time
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Background in enterprise SaaS; bonus if those were infrastructure monitoring or analytics related
+ Expertise in Cloud Technologies, SRE, Kubernetes etc. Otel familiarity is a plus
+ Participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle, experience with Agile software methodologies
